TERM OF RECRUITMENT QUALIFICATION

SEED RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
– Maximum age 32 year old
– Must possess at least bachelor degree or master‘s degree in agriculture or biotecnology
– At last 4 year of working experience on the same field
– Proficient command of english both written and verbal
– Must posses ability in: Seed processing, plant breeding, Plant pathology, Biotecnology

SEED PRODUCTION SUPPORT
– Male
– Maximum 27 years old
– Candidate must posses at least bachelor’s degree in agriculture
– Carefull, diligent and Discipline
– Having driver’s license (C)
– Candidate willing to be placed in east java
– Having experience in agriculture departement minimum 1 year

HRD STAFF
– Male of Female
– Maximum 35 years old
– Candidate must posses at least bachelor’s degree in psychology
– At least 2 years of working experience on the same field
– Good knowledge in all core HR discipline &a excellent
– Communication abilities
– Honest and hight integrity

SEED ANALYST
– Female
– Maximum 27 years old
– Candidate must posses at least bachelor’s degree in agriculture
– At least 1 years of working exprience on the same field
– Honest and able to communicate well
– Carefull and discipline
